Early Notifier and System Sensor strobes

I noticed that the Wheelock WS-24, Notifier NWS-24, and System Sensor SS-24 and SS24LO all have the same current draw (25 mA), and the SS24LO and WS-24 are both rated for 1.5 candela. Also, the SS24M has the same current draw (75 mA) and candela rating (15) as the WH-24. Did these early Notifier and System Sensor strobes have internal hardware outsourced from Wheelock?

Could be actually considering Wheelock was supposedly the first maker of strobe lights for fire alarm service.

This Faraday strobe also has the same current draw as the other 15 candela strobes. There is also a 120 VAC version of the strobe with a lower current draw than Wheelock’s WH-115.
