“INDICATES THAT THE CFIG FORMAT NUMBER IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE VERSION OF EXECUTIVE SOFTWARE (SYSTEM PROM). CHECK PROGRAMMER DISK REV NUMBER AGAINST REV NUMBER ON THE LABEL OF THE SYSTEM PROM. UPDATE SYSTEM PROM TO REV OF CURRENT SOFTWARE BY BURNING A NEW SYSTEM EXECUTIVE PROM.

how to solve this problem and how to reset default factory?
It’s because the configuration you used did not match the ES Revision in the cpu. What is the exact model of the panel? 4100U or 4100ES?
Unfortunately you can’t just “reset to factory”, you either need to re-download the original config so it matches the firmwares or you download the right firmwares so it matches the config you put in.
