fault on relay ??

hi

i am working on a building were there is a main landlord panel ( advance) and an old kentec conventional panel on the 3rd floor. when testing the fire alarm on 3rd floor it should come up on landlord panel with fire via the relay in the panel but it is not doing this. any ideas why?

Have you tried manually tripping the relay? either opening or closing the contact wires?

Does it also monitor troubles and supers?
