Here’s a not very special meme
This one I switched places with a 5 & 7 so instead of it saying 4903-9215 3797W I switched it to 4903-9217 3597W. I obviously switched out that 30CD at the bottom with 110CD.
Btw that’s a very rare smoke alarm, SC something something.
That is a BRK SC6120B, a (as you said) very rare combination ionization smoke/CO detector & essentially that variant of the 4120B smoke detector.

Yeah, along with its CO detector counterpart, the CO5120B (though I believe I did spot one in a video made by an enthusiast: that one was still up on the ceiling however (hope they saved it though!).
Honestly I think this fits more in the category of made-up fire alarms. Reason why I’m saying this is cause that’s technically what you’re doing, is making up alarm variants.

Maybe, but just the same that one got old real fast I’d say (& to me at least it really doesn’t make sense/seem like a meme either like a lot of modern “memes”).
