Fire Alarms in Books

I noticed this topic was removed as part of cleaning the forum, so I have decided to restart this topic because I have some interesting fire alarm finds…

Middle School, The Worst Years of My Life

On page 32, there is a pull station that closely represents a modern-day Simplex model, but on the bottom, it says: Pull Only in an EMERGENCY. Rafe ends up setting off the alarm, described as “wah-AH! wah-AH! wah-AH!”, which is translatable to code-3.

Government Alive! Power, Politics, and You

On page 304, a white Genesis horn/strobe (no “FIRE” lettering) is in the background of an office.

This topic never existed.

Do we really need to list and document every type, and the location of every fire alarm device we see?

I totally understand posting something special or something that means something to you but honestly? It just seems a tad excessive.

Just my 2 cents.

I totally agree.
