I know this is going to be a very silly question as I have no knowledge when it comes to communication paths and dialer’s to central station monitoring centers for fire alarm control panels but I’m hoping I can gain some knowledge here. I just got a Fire-Lite ES50X control panel and I would like to use either the ethernet port or the cellular option as a communication path to call my cell phone just like to call a monitoring center but I see I need an account code. First off, is it even possible for it to call my cell phone to give me notifications? And secondly, is there a way around the account code so I don’t have to set up accounts or purchase plans if I can make it call my cell phone? Also, any information or advice explained to me on how dialer’s, communication paths, and central monitoring stations on how they work would be great. Thanks!
