On a normal MS-2 that capacitor is stood up straight, so it’s probable the connector on the lower pin has been snapped. However, since capacitors are generic parts, it should be very easy to find a replacement and re-solder to the board. However, it is still a shame that there may be a broken component. Did the seller make any note of the functional status on this unit?
