Heres a product from 1996 Firecom invented the “Pull Plus” was designed to lower the height of existing pull handles to meet ADA requirements without physical relocation of the pull station but its pretty interesting.

it was designed to be used with Edwards,Gamewell,Simplex,Faraday,Ceberus Pyrotronics,Mirtone pull stations at the time.

Neat idea, but probably very cumbersome too I’d imagine: no wonder most manufacturers stuck to making devices that relocate the stations themselves instead (though moving the station itself or mounting a new one lower down would probably look the best as opposed to having a big white box on the wall).
