Firelite ES-200x won’t produce ground fault alert

Hello. We have a new install Es-200x. System operates and test exactly as it should with the exception of ground fault detection. When a ground fault test situation is created the system will not produce a ground fault alert. The SW1 switch is in the right position. Any ideas on how to resolve?

You already mentioned the switch is right. Beyond that, make sure your ground in the panel itself is done properly. Sounds silly, but could be as simple as that. If you’re positive you’ve got a short to ground, and the panel should see it, (and maybe try SW1 in both positions if you haven’t already) then Honeywell Tech Support is probably (and unfortunately) your next option. Always possible the board is a dud.

Somewhat related, props to you for testing ground fault properly. I know many installers / testers who don’t care to test.

It could be what @TheAlmightyZach stated. Or it could also be a bug in the code, so I would follow this tutorial and you can download the firmware file from FireLite’s website, I will include a link for that as well.

Hopefully this helps!

@Willxm Did you ever get it figured out? We are having the same issue on multiple panels.

Panel was faulty. Had to swap it out unfortunately.
