Firelite MS-4 intermittent charging ckt fail

Firelite tech support is aware of this issue but does not have an “Official” statement or recommendation. I believe the dedicated circuit has too much inductance noise on it affecting the sensitive charging circuit.
We have warrantied 2 panels, the last being powered with a pig-tail at my office for 10 days with absolutely no issues. Has anyone else been plagued with this issue getting no “real” help from Honeywell tech support? I have installed Ferrite filters (2) that come in the resistor/battery lead pack, did not rectify. Installed the Ferrite leads that come with Edwards equipment, no change.
Right now I have a very pissed off customer. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I saw this issue a handful of times out in the field some years ago. Every time they basically just said to replace the panels all together. Not every time, but I think there were a few instances where a different model panel would be put in it’s place, such as an MS-5UD. Of course there’s extra work required for that.

After 3 MS-4’s I’ve made the executive decision to replace it with an FS-5 Fireshield under the condition the owner has his electricians install a Line Conditioner on the dedicated circuit with the theory power is fused and supplied to the transformer then transformer to the board unlike an MS-4.
The line sounds like European 50hz power, growls. I also suggested he contact the utility and have them check phase balance coming into the building. 125 vac is a bit hot from the 121vac normally seen.
Thanks for the reply.
