Howdy all
I bought a Vigilon fire panel, big vig, roughly 3 days ago. Around 2 days ago the MCC failed out of nowhere, I was awoken to the panel door complaining because it can’t talk to the main control card, I don’t believe I had done anything to provoke this though.
If anyone has any suggestions on what could’ve caused the processor failure, leave a comment, because it’s frying my brain trying to figure out why the panel suddenly died.
