Help Identifying Old Panel

Curious if anyone would know the model to the panel in the picture? Picture is not mine, taken from Google, and it’s in an old abandoned hospital in my area.

I believe it is an Edwards or a Standard Electric Time panel. Maybe even a Cincinnati panel, as they had a factory in my city.

Reminds me a lot of a Fire-Lite C-series panel, but from what I can tell the interior doesn’t match that of a C-series (I believe it’s also too big to be one as well), so I honestly don’t know, could be one of the ones you guessed.
