Is there any way I could have a battery powered system to where there’s two pullstations? Something like this:
Wire the two pull stations in parallel.
What you are proposing is called a 3-wire system. These actually were installed many, many years ago in buildings.
DO NOT CONNECT IT THAT WAY
It whenever you pull the pull station, it will short out the battery.
Here is how you would connect it:

Also, why don’t you just use your 4002 for a system?
Well, I’m still not sure if I want to use the 4002. Can’t quite figure it out, it’s really confusing.
