That is an interesting system, especially given the diversity of devices!

When it comes to that first picture: I believe that’s a dual-action RSG SP-series t-bar rebranded by “Easton Electronics” (possibly the company that initially installed the system). Not sure why the “LIFT & PULL” lettering along with the box around it on the dual-action lift cover are so small though.

Pretty sure that Exceder’s mounted in place of a larger alarm that used to be there going by the trim plate it’s on (glad the company who installed it actually used one since all the time I see other companies simply using the existing light or strobe plate that’s there, which is not how you do it in my book). Weird how it’s off-center though (unless that has something to do with how the screwholes line up on the alarm & trim plate).
