Does anyone know how to factory reset a Napco Gemini X255 if you don’t have ANY of the codes?
There is usually a program lead that you connect to another point to reset it.
There are program leads I believe, but the instruction manual doesn’t say anything about it so I don’t know what I connect to what. I’ve tried the holding down the 1, 2, and 3 buttons together, and the keypad just says “FORCED RESET”, then “02 OUT OF SYSTEM”, then back to the system ready screen. Do you know what wire I have to short out in order to factory reset it?
no, but there should be an INSTALLER’S manual online. that will say.
I read this manual, but it didn’t mention anything about shorting program leads to factory reset it.
