I looked everywhere and could not find any documentation on this alarm whatsoever. Attached are pictures of the front, back, mounting bracket, insides, and labeling.
As the label says that is a Fyrnetics Lifesaver 1205R, which are very rare indeed.

Two of my friend’s houses have these exact ones and my doctors office also has a couple so I guess I’m lucky lol.
