My Parents are gonna let Me buy Some Alarms. Some of the Alarms I am thinking about buying is a System Sensor i3, an Edwards Genesis LED Speaker Strobe, a Simplex TrueAlert Speaker Strobe, and a Fire Lite BG-8.
I might not be able to buy all of those which is fine but here is my Predicament. I have decided to buy an i3 but I can’t decide between the other 3 to buy. Out of the BG-8, the Genesis LED Speaker Strobe, and the TrueAlert Speaker Strobe, which one should I buy?
I’d say without knowing anything further either the BG-8 or the LED Genesis speaker/strobe: is the TrueAlert speaker/strobe a free-run model?
Stay away from truealerts unless you know what your doing you have a chance of getting a smart sync or addressable one which won’t work without special modules. Stay with Wheelock, system sensor, and est. Also try and find remote strobes speaker strobes have huge speakers on the back and are hard to mount to things.
That’s why I’m asking them what kind it is, so I can help make sure they get the right model.
They might be such but you can arguably do more with them than regular notification appliances (if you have a source of audio for them of course).
