Nice setup, and nice Notifier splash lol. Reminds me of an MS-9200UDLS installed in a 4005 cabinet I saw on r/firealarms.

Is the annunciator below the panel connected? The only way I could think of to interface that with the 4007ES would be a bunch of IAMs/monitor modules.

And yep, it is connected but only one LED is hooked up right now and it is connected to the onboard relay on the 4007es.
