So I recently bought a EST Integrity off of Ebay but when i powered the device up the strobe was not working. any one know if or how I can fix it?

Strobes are more difficult to work with because of all the high voltages involved. First thing Id do is disassemble the strobe and see if there is any obviously burn marks. If none exist, look for cracked solder joints, opening in the traces, etc. If all that fails, I really hope you are good with electronic troubleshooting.
Also, don’t bother to disassemble the strobe if you aren’t sure what you’re doing. Even in a dead strobe, those capacitors can hold some nasty voltages that can harm you if not properly discharged.
Is it new or used? What voltage / amps are you applying to it. They operate on 24 volts , not sure what the low voltage threshold would be.
Most 24vdc devices are listed for 18-30vdc.
after looking into the strobe and seeing nothing and trying diffrent voltages it seems that the strobe is dead. thanks for your advice.
