is my EHS EL1 supposed to have onlu 2 wire terminals?

today i just got my EHS EL1 in the mail from california,and well,is it supposed to be 2 wire? it only has the screw terminals on the horn part i currently do not have any batterys able to test it

Difficult device to find information about. This is from a Silent Knight SK-2224 notification appliance compatibility chart.

Is that the complete model number on yours?

the complete model number on mine is:
EHS-EL1

it just says that as the complete model number

Here’s a page listing many of the 1990’s Wheelock horn variants,. It appears that the “S” in EHS indicates single input.
