Does anyone have experience with Keltron LS7000 central station type monitoring systems?
We use this system where I work and one of the events was put on hold and is now stuck in the unresolved que even though all active events are showing as active and resolved.
We cannot remove events that have restored from the active events rotation (some systems do not send a reset signal to remove them from the rotation/active list when the panels are reset) without logging out & back in as an admin after each event is deleted. I looked through the manuals but can’t seem to find how to resolve events that were put on hold and expired. Unfortunately, the guy who knows the most about the system is at an NFPA convention this week.
