My son and I are attempting to connect a 4010 to a 4003. We have successfully used the 4010, but we are uncertain about the connections for the 4003. We have connected power to the 4003, and it lights up when power is applied. However, we are particularly unsure about connecting a wire from the 4003 0v to the 4010 auxiliary power negative.

Here are the installation instructions (2005 Rev) for the 4003.
When looking through the installation instructions, you can ignore any topics relating to “RUI”, as this is not a feature available on the 4010.
Edit: If you are looking for the 4090-9101 ZAM module, assuming you don’t already have one, this one is a good price.
Attached is a screenshot for the connections between the 4010 and the 4003 (located on Page 28 of the installation instructions), as well as the original field wiring diagram. Do note that the field wiring diagram is setup for a conventional system.
