Hello everyone,
I wish to welcome our newest moderator – computertech24.
I normally would do an election for a new moderator, but in this case, it was a spur of the moment fill-in.
I believe he will do a great job as one of the forum’s moderators.
Also, I regret to inform that weatherdan882002 has been resigned from his position as an active moderator.
I personally thank him for his services to the forum and would definitely have him back if he ever chose to.
Thank you,
Andrew

Congratulations Sam, but why didn’t we have an election?
I said it was a sudden fill-in because of a moderator retiring.
I know that, but an election still would’ve been nice…
But whatever.

What circumstances would constitute an election? A moderator retiring seems like a good reason to hold one to me…
Normally when a staff member wants to retire, we are given at least a week of warning so a new person can be selected.
With this case, it was rather sudden and the position had to be filled.

Wait… so is Sam a temporary moderator?
If not, this is getting awfully suspicious.

This is not a forum of Government.
Andrew can make anyone a moderator, admin, or whatever as he sees fit.
If you have an issue because you were not picked, take it up in private.

I didn’t want to be picked, nor did I say so…
Sorry for what I’ve caused. I’d take it back if I could.
