The day has come. The old Simplex 4040 system has finally been completely replaced & removed on every floor. This is sad, I remembered how exciting it was to discovered this building.

Although the old system was incredibly cool and I believe the parts should be saved, I think the new system will provide the building with much better and more advanced protection in the event of an emergency.
Couldn’t have said it better myself (apart from hoping that all the old devices were saved).
