My Faraday 6" Unipact Bell pics

The following is pictures and a description of my Faraday Unipact bell (A later version)

The bell is hammertone grey in color and runs on 115 VAC. The mechanism is a solenoid plunger type and has no selenium rectifier.

The baseplate has the mechanism and gong mount bracket, and power plug on its back. The bracket also supports the cover.

The cover for the base components is a dome shaped aluminum type with a hole the striker exits, and a hole for the gong bolt. A gasket is on the underside of it.

The large gong bolt secures the nameplate, washer and 6" gong to the bell baseplate.

The mechanism if desired can be adjusted by loosening 4 screws on the baseplate rear, and re tightened when done .

The inside was surprisingly clean.
