Hello. I’d like to focus on my mental health.
Recently, I have been feeling a bit less energetic. I felt like this had to come out. i dont know what to do. i dont like therapy. therapy just doesnt work with me.

Maybe watch some funny videos like grounded videos or memes or something idek. That’ll probably help.

So update. The long 3 day weekend took a lot off my plate. However, come tuesday, (today), gotten worse. its at the point i have been feeling better off d**d I hope jot to let my brain listen to my dark thoughts.

Thank you! I have been feeling better this morning. It’s just the kids at school. They feel like I’m special, (cuz i am) Today was a bit rough, had a fire drill that cheeered me up.
