Every month it goes into trouble, What should i do?
The first thing to do would likely be to isolate the source of the intermittent troubles. Has the system told you what exactly the problem is each time?

Alright. Does it specifically say that something with the dialer is wrong? (as that’s the first thing to come to mind when it comes to “communication problem”)
I assume this is your house system that is no longer used? The reason you might have this issue out of no where, it might be because maybe you don’t pay the monitoring fee anymore which will cause the vista to fail communication. If you are not using the system, you can just power it down, or you can check the manual on steps to disable the dialer.
Yes! And it is still happening! We replaced dialers.
