he might be a tech and not used to natsco panels. also maybe there are other people (besides you) who are experienced with those panels that can help him

I should also say, and apologize, we can only help IF he is a licensed installer, if this NASCO panel is in a commercial building.

we are a fire alarm company in mi. we have a school that wants us to monitor that panel we like to know what we are getting into with those panels if any one can help that would be great i know they use apollo fire devices no help there either.
