Need help with this

You need help with what exactly? That’s a Simplex 2098-9625, 4259-35, or 4259-36, a rebrand of the ESL 508/509/522/523/1020-series, if it’s the make & model you’re wondering about.

After the alarm goes off the light will blink like its supposed to for a little bit then it will stay lit up and None of the other smoke alarms on that run have a light on at all until I touch the one then they all blink like they should until the light stays on then all of the other ones quit blinking

I can’t get it off the base but the red light stays on constant and soon as I touch it it sets the alarm oof at the fire panel

Very bizarre behavior, but I must ask: do you have authority to be working on that detector & the other ones on that system? Is it an actual life safety system or something you put up yourself? Also, please make use of commas & periods so I can better read your sentences.

No I didn’t put them up and I always test the work I do because of it being a matter of life or death and I was working with a company called brewer and dunbar that specializes in that field of work

I know you didn’t initially install them, but like I said: do you have authorization to be working on that system? (it is an actual life safety one, right?) In any case though I’m genuinely not sure I can understand what you’re saying is wrong: maybe try taking a video of the unusual behavior so we can see that way?

By the way, please make use of commas & periods so that your sentences aren’t just run-on ones: it really helps others understand them better.
