Wondering if anyone has dealt with an exam question/score dispute? If so, how did you go about handling it and what was the outcome? any info is appreciated.

I know people that have disputed questions on the old module format, not on the new tests though.

Usually the question was removed if a lot of people were challenging it. This was when 3/5 questions would get you credit for the entire module though. On the new tests you dispute it while taking the test, you just hit the dispute button or whatever (it’s been awhile, I don’t remember exactly how it worked), and type up your comments on the question.
How would you know if you got one wrong on the new tests? It’s pass/fail so I’m not sure one question would that you don’t even know if you got wrong or right would make a difference?
There is no dispute/challenge button on the Pearson cbt test. I have a good idea of the questions missed as they didn’t provide enough info to make a concise answer, they seemed to best option questions but without more info it’s kind of impossible to answer them.
on the pearson cbt test there’s a way to leave a comment on every question, that’s where you dispute the questions or leave those types of comments.
