Does this panel have auto program, also can I use a Fire Lite ECC 50/100 on it?
And how do I factory reset it?
Factory reset im not sure on, but yes they do have auto program as well as an ecc will work if you use the 24v input so a control module or something. Do you have discord by chance? if so can you pm me your username so I can talk more in depth about this.

If the programming password is defaulted to 00000000 you clear the program from the front display. If the programming password has been changed there is a big process with Notifier. You have to fill out paperwork, have it notirized and send it in to Notifier.

I think the paperwork is on their website, if not i can send you a copy. Its not a big deal, it just releases everyone of liability on that panel, but your signature does require a notary.
