Found this at a house my family owns, what is it, and should I take it down for a demo system?

I guess since it doesn’t appear to be in service/have power anymore (make sure to get permission first though).
Unusual if you ask me how one keypad is branded “ADEMCO” & the other is branded “RMS” instead (whatever the latter means).
You should keep that and make a demo, or if you don’t want it put It on eBay
