I’ve heard of people disabling they’re smoke detectors because they’re afraid of the loud noise. This is really bad. Smoke detectors are important for saving lives. I’ve seen it recommended for those people before that instead of disabling their smoke detector, why don’t they consider getting a smoke detector with a strobe light? The thing is, don’t smoke detectors with strobe lights also have an audible alarm?
Smoke detectors are an important thing to have in the house. It’s more scary not having a working smoke detector in the house than having one.
I’d rather be scared of a loud beeping noise and have my ears hurting for a little bit to be able to get out of a burning house than be dead forever. :lol:
