I think I’m above it’s minimum requirements as well but I don’t think the system always works right.
Also that screenshot is showing your email address.
This trust level thing is a bit after my time (and the other mods will attest to my stuck-in-my-ways crotchetyness of webforum days of yore), but Discourse has guidelines on when you get which trust level:
Your account is roughly 248 days old, and it says you’ve visited 98 days, so you’re not quite at that first criterion yet. It’s the highest rank you can get outside of Leader (which has to be manually granted) so I wouldn’t feel too bad that you haven’t hit it yet.
The old version of TFPF had stars. It was a feature of PHPbb that we used to roughly gauge the seniority of members, and you were supposed to get your fifth star at 1000 posts. We had people with four and a half stars with over 1500 posts, so these systems can get kinda wonky.
