Yeah: that seems to be a pretty common message in Las Vegas, not sure why though (unless it has something to do with their previously-mentioned regulations). Treasure Island & The Luxor had the same message at one time, but some years back when The Luxor’s system got an upgrade (IRC-3 to EST3) the message was replaced (mostly-)same script, different voice actor).
Maybe, but just the same unlike that video example it seems to never stop, implying that it was intentionally set up to repeat indefinitely (for whatever reason).
