Received a child abduction emergency EAS with a human voice on my R16-30

So I was taking a nap and I woke up to EAS headers It was a Amber alert . It was also relayed with a live vioce.

That’s a bit creepy and concerning

yeah but to have a human voice is really rare and asof now the kids are safe

well I am not sure what is going on here but another Child abduction Emergency the second one this week
