This is not important enough to warrant a full announcement - but I should mention it here just for transparency.
New users to the site will have to have a certain number of posts approved before they can comment freely. This helps us keep spam off the forums (of which there is plenty!) However, our moderation resources are slightly limited, so approval times have been taking a bit longer than usual as of late.
If it’s been more than 2 or 3 days and your post hasn’t been approved, please feel free to shoot me a PM. My e-mail often gets quite full and I am busy day-to-day with college, so things sometimes slip through the cracks.
