I just wanted to take the time to say happy holidays to all that celebrate! I got an early start when one of my new smoke alarms picked up dust and woke all of us up in the middle of the night, so there was that!
Update: The smoke alarm issue was caused by my Grandma’s diffuser. My dad did some testing to figure out the cause.
Happy Holidays too! Heh, how about that: reminds me of when our detectors went off about a month ago unexpectedly during the night, supposedly due to dust buildup. Since then I’ve decided to start blasting them out with compressed air at the start of every month as a preventive measure against further false alarms (& so far it’s worked I think).
