Siemens discontinues the Faraday brand

Siemens does way more than that. Any Wheelock alarm that isn’t the Exceeder series, wall mounted NSes, or vertical/non-ADA is used by Siemens.

Actually, they make ceiling mount NS’s, frosted vertical strobe MT’s (115VAC versions: MTH-115 series (or whatever)), MIZ’s (MH series), E50 and E60 (SE series), E70 and E90 (SEF series), CH70 and CH90 (CH series), RSS’s (ST series), and more, but no evidence of wall mount NS’s by Siemens.

The Wheelock ZNS started in 2006, and was discontinued in 2010, according to Wikipedia. It is now the Siemens ZH series.

It is called an AS.
e.g. AS-MC-R.

Then that would be why I never really saw any of them around. They were only made for 4 years. Wonder why they discontinued them so quickly.

A building I went to before had wall mounted NS’s that had Siemens labels on them.

You sure they were rebranded by Siemens and not DMP?

I am surprised it is not sold on websites like eBay. Thank you so much for this! It is likely not released yet. Maybe with this, they may also rebrand the xenon Exceder.

I’m surprised it’s not model numbers like “SL-MC-W” like the rest of them… Also the lazy Siemens tag they put under Wheelock’s name that almost resembles a censor.

I think that is what Gentex also does when it comes to rebranding the Simplex GX-90.

I believe it’s the other way around. Gentex manufactures them, and Simplex slaps a sticker on top.

EDIT: Misread your post. Sorry

Same for Rebranded AS’s, NS’s, ZNS’s and Commander 3’s.

No wait you read it right. I thought Simplex made them and Gentex put the sticker on them. Its Gentex that makes them and Simplex puts the sticker on them.
