Panel displaying battery charger failure in PSC 12 MFACP,Transponder 1 .
When check the batteries voltage is 12.8 on both. Battery capacity 12v84 AH x2 no.s connected series and voltage 27.somthing .
The thermistor in P4 (top left of the PSC-12) isn’t working some reason. I believe this causes the charging circuit to stop functioning b/c the PSC can’t verify the temperatures are reasonable to charge batteries. I would also check to see if there is voltage on the charging circuit.
Afaik the thermistor is not a field serviceable component, despite it being a removable plug and fairly easily replaceable if you know the right value of thermistor.
You’ll need to replace the PSC-12 with a PSC-12M.
There is a chance this is caused by low temperatures, e.g. the cabinet is installed in an exterior wall or a vestibule.

If the PSC-12 has a green LED it’s a known issue. Those power supplies need to be replaced with the newer version.
