The XDLC is showing an “open” fault, although there are no wiring errors, and voltage is present on the return line. When performing a loop test using the DPU, all devices are detected correctly. However, even after connecting the IN/OUT cables to the slot, the system still indicates an “open” fault.
What could be the possible cause of this issue? Kindly share a permanent solution if anyone has experienced and resolved this problem.
