XLS fire alarm. How do I troubleshoot “zone power loss” for a chime loop. See details for info on what I have done so far.

-Replaced ZIC

-Checked AC/DC power @ PAD

-Replaced batteries in PAD

-TRI for this PAD is blinking green, not showing any trouble

Check that the bottom screw terminals where that card is plugged in has power if it’s not taking it off the backplane.

I discovered that after I made the post. The Siemens tech who did the install forgot how to use a screwdriver
