I have a Silent Knight 6700 and I’m looking to repair the 120v circuit. The 5 leg mosfet transistor style chip on the edge of the board near the transformer is burnt due to a surge. The board position is U23 and it’s attached to a finned heatsink. If anyone has one of these models, I really need to know what the markings are on this chip.
