I recently bought a used Simplex 4006-9102 control panel, but when power is supplied it fails to properly boot. Everything lights up for a second, it beeps then displays ‘Bootloader 1.01’ then ‘Checking for PC’ After that, the code verification stops at C, and it restarts. I was unable to find any solutions for this issue as it seems that not many other people have encountered it. Any help is appreciated!
