For over a year now our simplex 4007 has had a trouble that comes and goes but doesn’t stay in trouble. Johnson Controls has been trying replacing parts but they have stopped coming to try to fix. They have no answers. Anyone have any ideas?

RUI communication interference maybe?
There’s a ferrite bead at annunciator and at RUI. This is the second new annunciator put in and the board that RUI is landed to is also new. Experiencing the same issue at parts that were taken out.
