Went back to this building located in the University of Michigan that had a entire system of Simplex Flush mounted 4040s. Well after months of being on the chopping block. It has finally happened. The old Simplex system is now currently being removed. The 1st floor alarms/pulls are completely removed. But the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor alarms/pulls remain but are disconnected. I really need to get in contact with some people. We looked for dumpsters but had no success.
