I have a Simplex 4100 will not boot. Continually giving the CPU DIAGNOSTICS IN PROGRESS and then giving CPU diagnostics complete message. Panel bootloader 2.02.03
I was certified 4100 in '93 but forgot all since then

Usually when there is a boot loop it’s either an upgrade that went wrong or a faulty part. I assume it’s a 4100ES with this bootloader revision, if you can extract the program from the compact flash i might be able to tell you more.
