As far as i know programming wise it’s almost the same as 4100ES, only limitations are the cards you can add into. technically you could but some of the capabilities are significantly reduced such as how many RUI cards you can assign
It does require a license, the 4100 which hopefully I’ll be getting soon. I have Autocall 4007
