I have replaced the batteries and the power supply board and the simplex panel is still displaying the below trouble:
Simplex card 14, Power Supply/Charger power supply charger abnormal
Please help! Any suggestions?
did you check battery voltage and how much amps it is charging? Might be a faulty charger, you can also try reset, sometimes it clears it.
