It’s addressable: you would need either a Simplex panel with addressable signal capabilities or a 4009-9401 Addressable TrueAlert Controller.
Anything Simplex 4906-92XX or 49AV, AO, VO, SO, SV is addressable. As well as the 59 series.
Where can I get a 4009-9401 Addressable TrueAlert Controller?
I don’t know, I’d imagine they’re fairly rare to find for sale though: only place I can think to look is Ebay, where most of us get our devices from.
There are several for sale on eBay, however, you won’t like the price of them - they’ve been trending around the $1,000 mark as of recent.
